Established in 1966, and always under the supervision of chef José Pereira, this is one of the most traditional French restaurants in São Paulo; suggestion: grilled ostrich with foie gras (check out full menu at the website). The restaurant has a piano bar for cigar smokers.

One dish gives fame to the restaurant: shrimp à la provence; always six, always big, the shrimps are fried with butter, garlic and salt; the sauce is used to flavor the rice which garnish the shrimps.
